We provide and service rented property (flats and rooms) in Derby City Centre for professionals and students who require upmarket accommodation.  Properties may be rented furnished or unfurnished. Tenancies are normally for 6 months for professionals or 12 months for students.

The properties are well maintained and of a high standard. Mr Steele deals personally with most maintenance calls and ensures all repairs are carried out promptly. Mr Steele is currently in the process of gaining East Midlands Accredited Landlord status from EMLAS, and Derby City Council Accreditation for Student properties.

All properties are fitted with appropriate safety equipment - fire alarms, smoke detectors, extinguishers and emergency lighting. All safety systems & equipment, gas & electric supplies are subject to regular maintenance and safety checks.

We expect our tenants to keep to their contract terms, pay rent on time by standing order, to look after the property and not to disrupt their neighbours. Security deposits and references are required, tenants claiming DSS benefits are not accepted.
